Lunch & Boots

This is where it all started. Lunch & Boots was the first event where we tested a simple idea: what if IT executive networking didn’t feel like IT executive networking? What if it felt like something you’d actually want to attend?

We booked a private lunch, brought in Tecovas for custom boot fittings, and invited a curated group of IT leaders. No panels, no presentations, no lanyards. Just great food, great boots, and the kind of peer-to-peer conversations that happen when people are genuinely relaxed and enjoying themselves.

The feedback was unanimous — this was the best “networking event” most attendees had ever been to, precisely because it didn’t feel like one. That response became the blueprint for every CATCH event that followed. If people aren’t having a great time, we’re doing it wrong.
